Arrive on time with proper athletic attire and footwear. This is not recess—it’s a commitment to your growth. Tardiness disrupts the team.
Respect the facility, the coach, your teammates, and yourself at all times. Address coaches and peers with courtesy. Treat equipment with care.
No profanity, bullying, trash-talking, or any form of physical or verbal aggression. We build each other up—always.
The words “I can’t” are not part of our vocabulary. Every drill is an opportunity. Push through difficulty with effort and a positive mindset.
Win with humility, lose with grace. Shake hands, encourage your opponents, and compete with integrity. The way you play reflects who you are.
Be a helper. Be a positive voice. Lift your teammates up. Leadership isn’t about being the best player—it’s about making everyone around you better.
Stay for the entire training unless excused by emergency. Leaving early is disrespectful to your coach and teammates who are putting in the work.
When the coach is speaking, all activity stops. Listen fully, ask questions, then execute. Active listening is the foundation of learning.
Training time is focused time. Phones stay in bags. Be present, be engaged, and give 100% of your attention to your craft.
Prayer ends every training session. Participation is welcomed, not required. We close as a team, grateful for the opportunity to grow.
