Player Incentives & Recognition

Every month, we recognize outstanding players who embody our academy's values both on and off the court. Incentives are designed to motivate consistent performance, strong character, and personal growth.

🏅 Player of the Month

One player from each training group will be selected as "Player of the Month." Winners receive a prize and a feature on our social media.

• Minimum of 2 days/week attendance
• Exceptional work ethic
• Positive attitude

🎯 Skill Milestone Badges

Players will earn digital badges when they master key skills such as dribbling, shooting, court awareness, and defensive movement. Parents can track badge progress through our monthly newsletters.

📸 Highlight Reel Opportunities

Standout players may be selected to participate in a special end-of-season highlight reel showcasing their talent, hustle, and leadership. The reel will be shared with local schools and programs for recruitment exposure.

🏀 Leadership Points Program

Each week, coaches award "Leadership Points" to players who help others, lead drills, or demonstrate high character. These points accumulate and can be exchanged for academy gear and exclusive training sessions.
